Getting Started

From sign-up to your first documented job in under 5 minutes

Create your account

Sign up at relo-cam.com or download the Relo-Cam app from the App Store or Google Play. Enter your email and create a password.

Set up your company

Enter your company website and we'll auto-detect your name, license numbers, branding colors, and services. Or enter them manually — it takes about 2 minutes.

Choose your plan

Pick the plan that fits your operation. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Invite your crew

For team plans, add your crew leads, operations staff, and drivers by email. They'll get an invite to download the app and join your organization. You can always add more later from the Crew tab.

Create your first project

Tap "New Project" and enter the customer name, addresses, and move date. Assign crew members and the job appears on everyone's dashboard.

Start documenting

Your crew opens the project on their phone and starts capturing — photos, inventory, condition notes, and task updates. Everything syncs in real time. Office staff and clients can follow along from the web portal.

How do I get started?

Sign up, set up your company (we auto-detect info from your website), choose a plan, and invite your team. The whole process takes under 5 minutes. See the Getting Started guide above for a step-by-step walkthrough.

How do my crew members join?

Go to the "Your Team" tab and tap "Add." Enter their email and role, and they'll receive an invite. They download the Relo-Cam app, tap the link in the email, and they're in. They can also search for your organization by name in the app.

What's the difference between team members and collaborators?

Team members are people in your organization (drivers, packers, crew leads, ops, admin) — they consume a seat on your plan and can be assigned to any of your projects. Collaborators are external partners (agents, vendors, clients) invited to a specific project only — they use their own account and don't count toward your seats.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely with limited features.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin portal. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you won't be able to create new projects or photos until you're back within limits, but existing data remains accessible.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us for annual pricing details.

What's the difference between Independent and Organization accounts?

Independent accounts are per-user pricing ($19/user/mo), ideal for 1-5 people. Organization accounts are flat-rate with a seat limit, better for teams of 5+ who want predictable costs and centralized management.

Does the mobile app work offline?

Yes. Photos, inventory items, task updates, and notes are captured locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns. This is critical for job sites with poor reception.

Can office staff use the web portal while crews use the app?

Yes — that's the intended workflow. GMs, operations, and admin use the web portal at admin.relo-cam.com for project management, reporting, and team oversight. Field crews use the mobile app for photo capture, inventory, and task completion. Everything syncs in real time.
