1. Copyright Ownership
The Relo-Cam platform, including its mobile application, web portal, source code, design, graphics, logos, icons, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Desert Boat LLC, doing business as Relo-Cam, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

2. User-Generated Content
2.1 Your Ownership
Users retain full copyright ownership of all photos, documents, notes, and other content they create or upload through the Relo-Cam platform (“User Content”). Relo-Cam does not claim any ownership rights over User Content.
2.2 License to Relo-Cam
By uploading User Content, you grant Desert Boat LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Relo-Cam Service to you and your authorized team members. This license is automatically revoked when you delete the User Content or your account.
2.3 Client Content
Photos and documentation captured on behalf of your clients remain subject to any agreements between you and your clients. Relo-Cam is not a party to such agreements and does not make any claims on content captured for your clients.
3. Trademarks
“Relo-Cam,” “Capture Every Move,” the Relo-Cam logo, and related marks are trademarks of Desert Boat LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent, except as necessary to refer to our Service in a descriptive, non-misleading manner.
4. DMCA Takedown Procedure
Desert Boat LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.
4.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our platform.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4.3 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
4.4 Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Open Source Components
The Relo-Cam platform incorporates open-source software components, each governed by its respective license. The use of these components does not affect the proprietary nature of Relo-Cam’s own code and design. A list of open-source licenses used in our software is available upon request.
