End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Desert Boat LLC, doing business as Relo-Cam (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”), for the use of the Relo-Cam mobile application (“App”) available on Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with the Relo-Cam Service.

2. License Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the App to develop a competing product or service.

3. Ownership

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Desert Boat LLC and title thereto remains in us. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to us. The App is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, documents, and data you create or upload through the App (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Subscription and In-App Features

The App offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are managed through the Relo-Cam web portal (app.relo-cam.com), not through Apple or Google in-app purchase mechanisms. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain backward compatibility with older versions.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may access third-party services (camera hardware, GPS, network services). Your use of these features is subject to your device manufacturer’s terms and your mobile carrier’s data policies. We are not responsible for charges incurred through your use of these services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DESERT BOAT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • This EULA is between you and Desert Boat LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
  • You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.

11. Google Play Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play:

  • This EULA is between you and Desert Boat LLC, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Your use of the App is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
  • Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the App.

12. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

We may also terminate your license if your Relo-Cam account is terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

13. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

14. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
